Mechanics

• Time Control: Rapid Game (10 minutes per player).
• Double-Elimination: Players are eliminated after losing twice (once in each bracket).
• Two Simultaneous Games: Two matches will be played at the same time to ensure smooth progression of the tournament.
• Tie-Breakers: Draws will be settled by blitz (5 minutes per player).
• Rules: FIDE rules for rapid chess apply, with the arbiter overseeing and resolving disputes.
